Splashup Network terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service“), constitute a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between Splashup pty Ltd. (“Splashup”) and you or the legal entity you represent (“Customer” or “you“).


We're excited to offer you this new product and we've put together an agreement that outlines everything you need to know.

What is Splashup?

At Splashup, we're all about helping non-competing brands with similar audience demographics connect with each other to boost referral traffic. When you're a part of the Splashup network, you'll have the opportunity to send referral traffic to other brands in the network, and vice versa!


We want to let you know that we may change our pricing, terms, features, and support from time to time, but we'll always communicate those changes to you so you're aware of what to expect. In terms of the agreement itself, it's set up as a month-to-month agreement that will renew automatically at the end of each term, unless one of us gives the other written notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of the relevant term.

Logo and Promotions

We'd like to request your permission to show our logo on the Splashup widget, and to use your brand and logo, as well as your products, in our own promotional materials and website. We believe that working together can benefit us both, and we want to showcase our collaboration to others.


Our agreement is set up as a month-to-month arrangement that automatically renews at the end of each term for the same length as the initial term, unless one of us gives the other written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the relevant term.

Commission: 12% referral transactions

Payments & Billing

As part of our agreement, we want to let you know that we issue monthly invoices at the start of each calendar month based on click-throughs and referral fees from the previous month.

To ensure timely payment, we kindly request that the invoice is paid within 14 days of receipt. We understand that delays can happen, so please let us know if you anticipate any issues with making the payment. We're happy to work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.

Customer Support

As part of our package, our dedicated Splashup team will work closely with you to get your offer live on other sites, and make sure your checkout confirmation page is ready to refer traffic out.

We want to make sure you're comfortable with the software and feel confident managing offers, so we also offer up to support and training within reasonable hours.

During the onboarding process, we typically require a total effort of just around 30 minutes from your team, and the whole process usually takes between 1-2 days.

Once you're live on the Splashup network, we're still here to support you and offer training via email, phone or virtual meeting. This may include general advice on how to improve performance.
