Our story

The story begins with Nathalie the founder, having been a previous retail brand owner has faced challenges in finding effective ways to engage with her shoppers on her site in a way that allows them organically come back. She over-relied on advertising and social media noise, and found it challenging to engage with each of her customers at scale and in a meaningful way about the things that matter to each of them.
