Our story

The story begins with Nathalie the founder, having been a previous brand owner faced challenges in finding diverse and effective ways to acquire customers on her site in a cost effective manner and away from conventional monopolies. She over-relied on advertising, social media noise and influencers, and wish there was an easier and better way to collaborate with other brands and find shoppers in the right mindset for purchase.

Join forces with complementary brands and take your e-commerce game to the next level."

E-commerce’s beginning

Over the years, we’ve seen the growth in marketplaces, increase in payment methods, and a large number of options to choose from.Traditionally, e-commerce was created with a linear consumer experience in mind. Users browse the website, select products, and then check out. It was a breakthrough in retail that makes us able to purchase from the comfort of our couch with a few clicks and expect a timely delivery. We simply see a product, add it to cart, check out, and voilà.

A new era of challenges

As an eCommerce store owner, you’re in for a harsh competition. Furthermore, buyers have turned to mobile devices to shop, search for coupons, and follow brands they like. They want to take control of their online shopping experience and want the ability to quickly locate product details, secure pricing, and receive online help.

We help you provide a superior experience for your shoppers that makes them feel engaged and supported during every step of their journey. Splashup helps you improve in-session engagement, add to cart rates, increasing the overall shopper retention. While looking for suggestions, we give you the tools necessary for today’s complex shopping experiences.

A modern customer experience calls

In today’s modern age, customers want an easy, seamless way to find products they like, tools that help them consider & make purchase decisions. They want to have more control over their data, have more flexible tools to share, accessible user-shortlisted items, and have a say about the reason, when & why they're contacted. We get it. As an online store, you want to delight your customers every time they shop. You want to stand out from the competition and make sure to take informed decisions on ad spend and marketing. We’re here to simplify it for you. We take you by the hand and be your companion in creating delightful engaging experiences.

E-commerce’s beginning

E-commerce was once a novel idea that only a few pioneers dared to venture into. These early online stores faced numerous challenges as they tried to convince customers to trust them with their personal and financial information. However, despite these challenges, they persevered and gradually won over the hearts of consumers, who were slowly getting used to the idea of shopping online.

A new era of challenges

With the advent of new technologies and the rise of e-commerce giants like Amazon, the competition in the online retail space has become more cutthroat. This has resulted in a situation where smaller businesses struggle to get noticed by potential customers, who are already inundated with a flood of advertising messages and marketing campaigns.

One of the major challenges facing businesses today is the need to diversify their acquisition channels. Relying on a single channel, such as Google's Display Network or social media advertising, can be risky, as changes in the algorithms or policies of these platforms can lead to sudden drops in traffic and sales. Additionally, there is growing concern around the impact of third-party cookie deprecation on digital advertising.

A modern customer experience calls

Today, with the constant evolution of e-commerce, the competition has become even more intense, and it's harder than ever to break through the noise and reach new customers. However, the power of collaboration is still a potent force. By coming together and finding creative ways to reach new audiences, we can continue to grow and thrive in this ever-changing landscape. That's where the Splashup app comes in, offering a unique opportunity for businesses to collaborate and leverage each other's strengths to drive meaningful growth and success.

And we’re here to just make that happen

As a former brand owner, I understand the challenges of relying solely on paid advertising and social media for customer acquisition. Diversifying your channels is crucial, and collaborating with other like-minded brands can unlock untapped potential and drive meaningful growth.
